Consultation

Trying to decide if an epoxy floor is right for you? We can set a time and date to see the space in person, measure the square footage, assess any damage and or cracks, and choose a colour scheme that is right for you. During this no-obligation consultation, questions about the process and benefits can be discussed further.

Preparation

In preparation for the epoxy coating to be installed, the designated floor space will need to be emptied and cleared out. The space will then be ground with a dustless grinder to ensure that the floor is able to adhere to the epoxy. Cracks will be filled with an epoxy crack filler, and finally, the floor will be vacuumed before taping as necessary to protect the walls from the flakes and coating.

Installation

The two-part epoxy is mixed and spread on the floor. The flakes are then distributed heavily (40-80lbs). After a minimum of 8 hours, the excess flakes are blown and gathered, the floor is scraped in both directions to ensure a more even surface, and the floor is vacuumed once again. The clear epoxy is then mixed and applied. The drying process takes a minimum of 8 hours, and we ask that you refrain from parking or driving any vehicles on the floor for 48 hours.

Admiration

Enjoy your new garage! Whether you are putting in a home gym, working on your vehicle, storing a classic car, or you just want your garage space to reflect a more polished look, your new epoxy floor is sure to attract that wow factor from friends and family and the admiration of all your neighbours.
